GTP Angular Grippers

Light Weight At less than 8 ounces, these feather-weight grippers provide an unprecedented grip force to weight ratio. Multiple Jaw Configurations 6° Gripper available in two or three finger, expanding or contracting styles. 12° Gripper available in two finger contracting.

Modular - Recess mount and Universal mount available to interface with our RCC device or install in your own mount. Grip Force Large piston areas and toggle generate 600 lbs. of grip force at 100 psi and 0° travel point (520 lbs. for the 12° contracting). Single Acting Spring quickly returns gripper to original position. Part Pick-UP Activating magnet trips sensor if part is not present (Gripper travels 1/2° past grip point). Sensors Hall-Effect sensors are avaialable in both NPN Sinking and PNP Sourcing 6-24VDC styles. Tough Construction Hardened materials ensure low wear and long lasting ±0.2° repeatability.
