The Importance of the
Remote Center of Compliance Device (RCC - AST/ASP)
The critical aspect of PFA's RCC is the true decoupling of the lateral, shear and rotational forces. The point of true de-coupling occurs at a remote point called the Remote Center of Compliance. PFA's RCC Accommodator provide the critical de-coupling effect necessary for critical assembly operations.

Anti-Rotation Feature
The largest size RCC Model AST-100 has an optional anti-rotation option to remove the ability to torsional compenstation ability. In applications where rotational position about the center axis is critical, the anti-rotion option strictly limits the units ability to rotate.

Automatic Lock-Out System
