Metal Backed Rubber Gripper Pads

Rubber to metal cured pads provide a flexible protective surface for Robot and Cobot applications – clamping, mounting, part handling, conveying, and more. Metal backing supports the compliant rubber body providing a robust and stable structure for fastening the pad to tooling or other interfaces. During gripper pad production, the rubber is fused to the plate with a bond stronger than the rubber itself, thus ensuring the rubber and metal will not separate—the perfect blend of metal and rubber.
